Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies
Delicious, dairy-free, and egg-free peanut butter cookies.

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix peanut butter, sugar, almond milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets and flatten with a fork.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes and cool on a wire rack.
