Peppermint Bark Cookies
Chocolatey cookies topped with peppermint candy pieces and white chocolate drizzle.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy; add egg and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Shape dough into balls and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Top with melted white chocolate and crushed peppermint candies.
