Peanut Butter Cookies
Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies with a smooth, irresistible texture.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
- Use a cookie scoop to drop rounded balls of dough onto the baking sheets, spacing them evenly.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Let cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
