Oatmeal Protein Cookies
A nutritious snack packed with protein and fiber.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine oats, almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix peanut butter, honey, and egg in a separate bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Shape into balls, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
