Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Chewy, hearty cookies with a hint of cinnamon and bursts of raisins.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Mix in egg and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in raisins.
- Scoop onto baking sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes.
