Italian Biscotti
Crispy twice-baked cookies, perfect for dipping in coffee or tea.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine sugars, butter, eggs, and almond extract.
- Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients; fold in almonds.
- Shape into logs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Slice and bake again for 10 minutes per side.
