Ingredients

• 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp almond extract

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
3. Cream butter and sugar until light; add egg and extracts.
4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
5. Roll out dough, cut shapes, and place on baking sheets.
6. Bake for 7-8 minutes and cool before frosting.
