Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups gluten-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, then stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes.
